Returns/Exchanges Policy – A-luxebeauty
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
- Send an email to info@a-luxebeauty.com via order confirmation. Print your email order confirmation and include in your return product. Please indicate the products you wish to return or exchange. If exchanging, please also include the product(s) you would like an exchange for. We takes calls also if you so prefer for more detailed information.
- A-luxebeauy is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records.
- The return must be within 30 days provided the product is not used up or more than half.
- Please ship the products to the company address on the website.
